The entrepreneur who owns vehicles equipped with a digital tachograph, according to the law, must retrieve the data:
- of the vehicle: at least once every 90 days and
- of the driver card: at least once every 28 days.
To meet these requirements, a device is required to collect and transfer data to a computer.
Tacho2Safe is a new generation tachograph data download device that combines both tachograph and driver card download functions.
It is a simple, ergonomic device, suitable for use by owners, small fleets or large carriers.
Download data is stored in Tacho2Safe 2GB internal memory. Reduced power consumption allows over 500 full card downloads with a single AA battery, but can also be used with rechargeable batteries that charge automatically via USB.
It has an increased “data download” speed compared to other devices and is compatible with all available digital tachographs.
Tacho2Safe has an easy-to-use menu for easy operation (with 4 keys) and 4GB space for more than 12,000 card downloads
It supports many languages and has a reminder function for the next card and tachograph download.
Comes with TachoSafe Lite, which is a free application for analyzing driving hours. Provides multiple reports, including AETR 561 infringement report, detailed driver activity report, and driver activity chart. TachoSafe Lite is locked and unlocked only when a Tacho2Safe device is connected to a computer.
The Tacho2Safe data transfer device is covered by a two (2) year warranty.
